AnnMarie was born in Elkhorn and grew up in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin. AnnMarie graduated from Fort Atkinson High School early to attend Marquette University in 2006. In 2009, AnnMarie studied abroad at the Pontificía Universidad Católica in Santiago, Chile. The following year, AnnMarie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology and Law Studies with a minor in Spanish Language and Literature from Marquette University. AnnMarie then attended New England School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, where she was named to the Dean's List each semester, and obtained her Juris Doctor degree in May 2013.

AnnMarie primarily practices in the areas of civil personal injury and other civil litigation matters, criminal defense, and family law. AnnMarie is proficient in Spanish, with the goal to become fluent.
